Conversion Advantage ("we", "us", "our") is a Google Ads, Meta Ads and conversion rate optimisation agency based in Robina, Queensland. We respect your privacy and handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

1. What we collect

• Details you give us when you fill in a form (for example a free ads audit, discovery call, marketing plan, playbook download, newsletter or contact form): your name, email, phone number, company, industry, ad budget and anything you write in your message.
• How you found us: the page you sent the form from and, if you came from an ad, the campaign tags in the link (such as UTM tags, Google click ID or Meta click ID).
• Website usage: through cookies and similar tools (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta), we collect information such as pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and how you interact with the site.
• Account access you choose to share: if you engage us, we may be given read-only access to your Google Ads, Meta, Google Analytics or CRM accounts. We do not ask for your passwords.

2. Why we collect it

• To reply to your enquiry, prepare your audit or plan, book calls and provide our services.
• To send you the resources you asked for and, if you subscribed, our newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To measure and improve our website and our own advertising, including showing our ads to people who have visited the site.
• To run our business, keep records and meet our legal obligations.

If you don't give us your details we may not be able to respond to your enquiry. You can contact us without identifying yourself by phone, but we will need contact details to send you an audit or plan.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers that help us run the website and our business, such as Google (Workspace email, Analytics, Ads and Tag Manager), Meta, Cloudflare (website hosting and security) and Zapier (which delivers website enquiries to our team's inbox), and with our team members and contractors who need it to help you. We may also disclose information where required by law.

4. Overseas storage

Some of these providers store data outside Australia, mainly in the United States. Some of our team members work from our office in South Africa. We take reasonable steps to make sure anyone who receives your information protects it in line with Australian privacy law.

5. Cookies and tracking

Cookies help us understand how the site is used and how well our ads work. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and manage ad personalisation through your Google and Meta account settings. The site still works if you block cookies.

6. Keeping your information safe

We use reputable providers, secure connections (HTTPS) and access controls, and we keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law.

7. Accessing or correcting your information

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below and we'll respond within 30 days.

8. Complaints

If you have a concern about how we've handled your personal information, please contact us first and we'll do our best to resolve it. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
